As of today May 29 2018 there are only 40 active cottage/recreational listings on the MLS® for the Lake of Bays, and 28 of those properties are listed at over $1m.

Forty listings is not a lot for Lake of Bays and we're hoping now that the weather is feeling more like summer, more will come onto the market.
