Visitors can stay at large campsites surrounded by trees, admire the beauty of Arrowhead Lake, go hiking on more than 15km of trails, or rent canoes, kayaks, mountain bikes, skis, or ice skates.

Algonquin Provincial Park

This sprawling park is home to a stunning variety of northern wildlife that includes moose, timber wolves, black bears and more. Aside from wildlife watching, plenty of activities like picnicking, hiking, biking, white water canoeing, dog sledding, skiing, and snowmobiling can be enjoyed by visitors as well. Algonquin Park also has a visitor’s centre, logging museum, and art centre.

Six Mile Lake Provincial Park

The park features three sand beaches situated close to campgrounds, biking roads, three interconnected hiking trails and a Nature Centre.
