A lifelong summer resident of Muskoka, Susan is very familiar with the area and has a special appreciation for the quality of this region. In 1989, she decided to make the Huntsville/Lake of Bays area her permanent home. After completing a Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Toronto, and following a very successful career in legal publishing, Susan decided to apply her business skills and knowledge to the Real Estate profession in Muskoka on a full time basis in early 1990.

Susan has successfully completed the Ontario Real Estate Association’s certificate courses and is a fully qualified Broker. As well as serving on the Professional Standards Committee for the Muskoka & Haliburton of Realtors, Susan has attained the professional designation of MVA (Market Value Appraiser) and is qualified to complete formal appraisals. The MVA designation is widely accepted by the legal profession, courts and most financial institutions.

Susan brings a high degree of integrity and professionalism to her career in Real Estate. She has pride in her reputation and is dedicated to hard work, honesty and providing quality service and total client satisfaction. Susan has been a consistent award winner for high volume sales in her profession. Recently she has enjoyed being interviewed by both Global TV and The National Post regarding real estate trends in the Muskoka area.

Susan is a full time professional who is committed to providing a superior level of knowledge, skills and service to her clients. Her primary focus is waterfront/cottage/recreational properties in the Huntsville/Lake of Bays area but she is also active in residential & condominium sales. Susan’s motto has always been “Honesty and Integrity: the Hallmarks of Credibility”.

When not selling real estate, Susan is an active member of the Huntsville/Lake of Bays Chamber of Commerce and enjoys hiking and Nordic skiing at Arrowhead Park and Algonquin Park. Susan is also the past President of the Huntsville Photographic Club.
